Shipments are accepted subject to international courier rules, customs laws, and airline regulations.
Customers must declare accurate contents, value, and destination details.
Shadow Overseas reserves the right to refuse shipments violating laws or policies.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs, airlines, weather, strikes, or government actions are not the company’s responsibility.
Liability is limited as per airline/courier partner policies.
No responsibility for loss or damage due to improper packing or prohibited items.
Customs duties, taxes, or penalties are payable by sender or receiver.
KYC documents may be required.
Shipment cancellations are allowed before pickup only.
Once shipment is collected or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Courier charges, customs duties, airline fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
